Republic of Ireland and International

Outside of the UK…

  • Over 10,000 young people developed their skills with us in the last year.
  • Over 100 centres deliver Leadership Skills Foundation programmes.
  • Over 100,000 hours of leadership and development were delivered in the last year.

Our programme offer in the Republic of Ireland and in international centres includes trusted, Ofqual-regulated qualifications that develop leadership skills through exciting subject areas such as physical activity, Esports and STEM. Centres can be confident that, wherever they are in the world, they will receive the same quality of programmes and support available in the UK. Each programme develops learners’ confidence to lead and prepares them for the next steps in their education or career.

All of this helps centres to meet their objectives, whether that’s schools strengthening their personal development offer or community groups encouraging the uptake of volunteering opportunities.

We also provide a wide range of professional learning opportunities to support staff in delivering high-quality teaching and personal development in education settings and beyond.

Qualifications

It’s provided a fantastic opportunity for some learners who normally would not be associated with leading to step up and show a level of confidence and organisational skills in PE lessons. Beyond this, learners have willingly volunteered to attend and assist at international sports trials, which has eased the need for staff to attend.

We aim to support as many learners as possible, and welcome enquiries on how centres can give access to everyone, including learners with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND).
All of our programmes can be delivered in a range of environments, and requirements for evidence of learning and assessments can be adapted to meet the needs of your learners.
