Our impact

Building essential skills for life

By enabling organisations to deliver carefully considered leadership programmes, we help support future generations. Fully understanding the impact of our work provides the insight we need to keep improving, unlock future potential and explore new opportunities.

The value of youth voice

The insights and feedback we receive from our learners is at the heart of all our programmes and influence the decisions we make as an organisation.

We have a Youth Voice Panel which all learners are invited to become a representative on (visit our Youth Voice Panel page to get involved!) They meet with us once a month and discuss what they believe to be the opportunities and challenges facing young people right now.

We also host an annual impact survey which looks to understand the impact our programmes have for learners. Access to this survey can be found on all of our Learner Evidence Records (LERs).

It has been amazing being involved in the Youth Voice Panel so far, as I get to know more about the Leadership and Skills Foundation’s plans in the future. I can also help with the course’s development from a different perspective, helping other students have a better experience.
