Who Should Attend 

Ideally the webinar should be attended by Centre Managers as they will be the staff member responsible for completing the review. 

Why Attend? 

This webinar will outline the quality assurance procedure and offer some useful tips to complete your review successfully. This will be your opportunity to join our staff and ask us anything about the delivery of Leadership Skills Programmes in the coming year.  

The Webinar will cover the following topics: 

  • Claiming your certificates. 
  • Acting on the quality assurance review request sent by Leadership Skills Foundation. 
  • Making sure the internal verification process is completed correctly and in full. 
  • Making sure you have tracked your assessment decisions accurately. 
  • Uploading your course evidence to Centre Hub at least seven days before your quality assurance review meeting
