Who Should Attend
Ideally the webinar should be attended by Centre Managers as they will be the staff member responsible for completing the review.

The Webinar will cover the following topics:
- Claiming your certificates.
- Acting on the quality assurance review request sent by Leadership Skills Foundation.
- Making sure the internal verification process is completed correctly and in full.
- Making sure you have tracked your assessment decisions accurately.
- Uploading your course evidence to Centre Hub at least seven days before your quality assurance review meeting.
