Over the last 40 years the Leadership Skills Foundation has been at the centre of developing essential skills in young people. Following the Government’s renewed focus for colleges to provide the skills learners need to secure employment, transferrable skills have become a key area on colleges’ agendas.
This webinar will explore the concept of transferrable skills that compliment the technical skills learners gain when undertaking a post-16 qualification. It will discuss the range of ways learners can develop their skills, how colleges can implement the concept of leadership within their provision to meet the skills agenda and prepare their learners for a better future.
